A Class on “Anti-Corruption Culture and Zero Tolerance” Held at S.D. Asfendiyarov KazNMU

On April 13, 2026, Assistant Professor L.K. Tukaeva held a class on “Anti-Corruption Culture and Zero Tolerance” with fourth-year students of the Internal Medicine Department at S.D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University (KazNMU) at City Clinical Hospital No. 4. During the class, the participants discussed the concept of an anti-corruption culture, the importance of instilling strong values ​​of honesty and transparency during training, and the role of every future physician in preventing corruption. Special attention was paid to the principles of professional ethics, responsibility to patients and society, and the need for a zero-tolerance attitude toward any form of corruption. We are shaping a generation of specialists for whom honesty is the foundation of their profession.
