From 1979 to 1989 she studied at the Abai Secondary School.<\/p>\n After graduating from high school, in 1989 she entered the medical faculty of the ASMI, and graduated in 1995.<\/p>\n From 1996 to 2008, she worked as an assistant at the Department of Pathological Anatomy with the course of forensic Medicine at KazNMU named after S.D. Asfendiyarov. From 2006-2008 she was the head teacher of the department.\u00a0 Since January 2008, she has been employed as a pathologist in the pathoanatomical department of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2008 to 2009, she served as the head of the pathology department of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2009 to 2017 . She worked as a pathologist at the above-mentioned hospital and continued to combine teaching activities at the Department of Pathological Anatomy and Forensic Medicine of KazNMU named after S.D. Asfendiyarov.<\/p>\n In 2009, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic “Clinical and morphological features of malignant epithelial tumors of the bladder”. In 2009, she completed advanced training in her specialty at the St. Petersburg Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.\u00a0 In 2011 – Federal State University “Russian Scientific Center of Radiology and Surgical Technology”, St. Petersburg, Russia.<\/p>\n There is an advanced training in health care management (2020). The last advanced training in the specialty is June 2023.<\/p>\n The total medical experience is 27 and the teaching experience is 25 years.<\/p>\n During her work at the department, Balapanova A.H. has grown into an experienced, qualified teacher-specialist who knows modern teaching methods. Balapanova A.H.\u00a0 combines educational and methodological work with clinical and scientific work.<\/p>\n From 2019 to 2022 she participated in a scientific and technical project, from 2023 to 2025 she is a member of the VNK on the topic: “The prognostic role of the tumor microenvironment in the directional manipulation of immune system components during acute pneumonia and the development of new pathogenetic correction methods”.<\/p>\n He is the developer of the Residency Educational Program in the specialty 7R01151 – “Pathological anatomy”.<\/p>\n Since 2020, he has been a member of the final attestation commission, and since 2022, a member of the competition commission.\u00a0 In 2021, she was a scientific consultant to a doctoral student in the specialty “Pathological Anatomy”, and was also a reviewer of doctoral students from neighboring countries (Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia).<\/p>\n In 2020, academic mobility was completed by Faculty of Medicine, Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LUHS), on the topic “Strategic Partnership for Devolution of Academic System of Healthcare and Sciences” 40 hours.<\/p>\n More than 20 scientific papers have been published.
