{"id":5083,"date":"2019-05-20T09:54:33","date_gmt":"2019-05-20T03:54:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/postgraduate.kaznmu.kz\/?p=5083"},"modified":"2021-10-21T14:34:17","modified_gmt":"2021-10-21T08:34:17","slug":"%d0%b8%d1%81%d1%82%d0%be%d1%80%d0%b8%d1%8f-%d0%ba%d0%b0%d1%84%d0%b5%d0%b4%d1%80%d1%8b-11-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/general-2.kaznmu.edu.kz\/en\/%d0%b8%d1%81%d1%82%d0%be%d1%80%d0%b8%d1%8f-%d0%ba%d0%b0%d1%84%d0%b5%d0%b4%d1%80%d1%8b-11-2\/","title":{"rendered":"History of the department"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">History of the department: From September 2016 to the present, the Department of Oncology is headed by a doctor of medical sciences, an academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an oncologist of the highest category, Kaidarova Dilyara Radikovna.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The main staff of the department consists of 3 professors, 8 associate professors, 2 assistants. 2 PhD doctoral students are working on dissertations at the department.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The department has 2 main clinical bases, which are the leading large multidisciplinary clinics: the Kazakh Research Institute of Oncology and Radiology of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Almaty Cancer Center of the Health Department of Almaty city.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The department was and remains one of the leading methodological and practical training centers for oncology doctors, interns, specializing in &#8220;Surgery&#8221;, &#8220;Obstetrics and Gynecology&#8221;, &#8220;General Practitioner&#8221;. The department is working on the formation of a responsible and competent intern doctor, strengthening the practical orientation of the educational process and self-education of interns, developing their clinical skills. The Department of Oncology is the training place for a large number of residents in the specialty &#8220;Oncology&#8221; and &#8220;Radiation Therapy&#8221;.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Employees of the department are constantly improving their professional competence, studying both clinical specialties and pedagogical skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Currently, the department staff are located at 8 clinical bases:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">The main clinical base of the department is the Kazakh Research Institute of Oncology and Radiology at the address: 91, Abay Ave., Almaty.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Additional clinical bases:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">1.
