D. Asfendiyarov is located on the clinical base of the &#8220;Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Narcology&#8221;. Total number of beds \u2013 240.\u00a0 Number of rooms dedicated for the department itself\u2013 11.<\/p>\n<p>There is a contract with clinical base which is annually updated. Annually, a comprehensive plan of work is being formed in coordination with treatment-and-prophylactic management of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center of psychiatry, psychotherapy and narcology. At present there are 20 regular employees at the department. Among them, there are 8 doctors of medical sciences, 7 professors, 3 candidates and associate professors, and 9 assistants. 15 people have the highest medical qualification category, 2 people with the first category and 3 people were awarded the certificate of the expert.<\/p>\n<p>The department is the educational and methodical center for professional development of psychiatrists and experts in narcology.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Annually it holds free receptions devoted to the Victory Day (consultations of veterans and disabled people of the Second World War), the Open Day to Children&#8217;s Day both the medical worker and Day of mental health (on October 10).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plan of seminars, organized by the department staff <\/strong><\/p>\n<table
