Balapanova Anar Khairzhanovna, 16.11.1972 was born in Atyrau region, village Ganyushkino, in a family of employees. From 1979 to 1989 she studied at the Abai Secondary School.
After graduating from high school, in 1989 she entered the medical faculty of the ASMI, and graduated in 1995.
From 1996 to 2008, she worked as an assistant at the Department of Pathological Anatomy with the course of forensic Medicine at KazNMU named after S.D. Asfendiyarov. From 2006-2008 she was the head teacher of the department. Since January 2008, she has been employed as a pathologist in the pathoanatomical department of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2008 to 2009, she served as the head of the pathology department of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2009 to 2017 . She worked as a pathologist at the above-mentioned hospital and continued to combine teaching activities at the Department of Pathological Anatomy and Forensic Medicine of KazNMU named after S.D. Asfendiyarov.
In 2009, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic “Clinical and morphological features of malignant epithelial tumors of the bladder”. In 2009, she completed advanced training in her specialty at the St. Petersburg Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. In 2011 – Federal State University “Russian Scientific Center of Radiology and Surgical Technology”, St. Petersburg, Russia.
There is an advanced training in health care management (2020). The last advanced training in the specialty is June 2023.
