The department conducts research work with students. In 2017-2018 academic year 7th year intern Nurmuhammad Friba participated in the 2nd round of the competition of research papers of internship and residency students with a report “Molecular Allergology”.
NSC meetings are held monthly according to the plan. The results of the circle held at the Department of Molecular Allergology: D. Tashenov (Zh.B. Ispayeva) – 1st place with the topic “Molecular allergology – a new direction in the diagnosis of allergic reactions.” 2nd place – Aitmagambet A. (Ispayeva Zh.B) – “Molecular allergy diagnostics”, 3rd place – Aidarbek A. (Ispayeva Zh.B) “Modern approaches to the diagnosis of allergies.”

In 2019, under the leadership of the head. Department of Allergology, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Prof. Ispayeva Zh.B. an allergy department was opened in the Center for Primary Health Care and Diagnostics of the Criminal Code, where for the first time in Almaty an innovative and most accurate method for diagnosing allergies is carried out – molecular allergy diagnostics on a Phadia analyzer (Thermo Fisher Scientific) with the determination of component molecular allergy diagnostics with the most common allergens, as well as screening diagnostics – Phadiatop for children and Phadiatop for adults, which corresponds to the level of a university clinic and will provide the necessary volume of molecular allergological diagnostics in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
